13:45 Arrival at Awards Ceremony location (in a tent)

14:15 Seating opens for Awards Ceremony

14:30 Awards Ceremony begins

17:30 Dinner reception begins

19:00 Dinner reception ends

19:30 Buses depart from the Park

20:15 Buses arrive back in Sharm El Sheikh

Local delicacies and refreshments will be provided at the reception. Buses marked “IUCN Green List - Ras Mohammed National Park” will depart at 10:15 (see email for location details). Return to Sharm El-Sheikh by 20:15. Only open to registered individuals with ticketed guests.
